What they need

About Us Award Global, founded in 2005, is a group company with five offices in Australia, China, and the Philippines. We integrate real estate development and sales, property management, financial services, and international remittance.

Since our inception, Award Global has provided comprehensive financial services to various clients, including Chinese Australians, international students, and individuals overseas. Our services cover home loan financing, real estate investment advice, fund and wealth management products, business investment solutions, property management, and foreign exchange transfers. With a wealth of local experience in real estate development, we also offer project development and trusteeship services for high-value investors.

We hold a leading market share in the mortgage broking industry, with total cumulative settlements exceeding $20 billion—a figure expected to grow. Our standardized management approach and high-quality customer service have made us the largest one-stop financial service group in Australia, dedicated to helping you settle down and purchase property in the country.

Key Responsibilities Property Management Support

  • Prepare and manage Property Management Agreements (PMAs)
  • Advertise rental properties and support tenant applications
  • Draft tenancy agreements and lodge bonds
  • Monitor rent arrears and alert the property manager
  • Manage maintenance requests and follow-ups
  • Handle lease renewals and negotiation communications
  • Archive documentation accurately in SharePoint

Short Term Stay

  • Manage booking enquiries and guest messages before arrival, during the stay and after checkout. Write natural, concise English that answers the guest’s actual question.
  • Explain check-in, checkout, keys, parking, property facilities and house rules accurately. Check booking and property information before confirming any arrangement.
  • Handle complaints calmly, acknowledge the impact, clarify what happened and offer practical options within your authority.
  • Coordinate with cleaners, field staff, maintenance providers and the manager. Give guests a clear next update time and follow through even when a solution is still pending.
  • Maintain a case record with the issue, action owner, deadline, approvals and outcome. Confirm resolution with the guest before closing the case.

Accounting & Admin Support

  • Maintain booking, refund, platform fee, payout, cleaning invoice and approved expense records by property and reservation.
  • Prepare weekly summaries of accommodation income, cleaning fees charged, actual cleaning costs, management fees, payouts and unresolved differences.
  • Prepare monthly property summaries and draft owner statements using the agreed fee basis and reporting period. Reconcile source records and flag missing or duplicate items before submission.
  • Separate cleaning revenue from cleaning cost and management fee revenue from business profit. Submit reports for review and approval before release or payment.

Requirements

  • Strong written English and confident spoken English for guest calls and internal coordination. You can explain a difficult situation clearly without sounding defensive or scripted.
  • At least one year of relevant customer service experience in accommodation, hospitality, travel, online support or another service role. Strong practical performance is more important than a particular degree.
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve complaints, prioritise competing requests and follow up without repeated reminders.
  • Good Excel or Google Sheets skills, including formulas, sorting, filtering and basic reconciliation. Accurate handling of financial records and attention to detail.
