LEASING/ TENANT RELATIONS ASSOCIATE

Leasing and Marketing: Show available residential, retail, or office spaces to prospective renters, host property tours, and promote vacancies via digital platforms.

Lease Administration: Prepare lease agreements, renewals, amendments, and move-in/move-out paperwork while tracking critical dates and expirations.

Tenant Relations: Act as the primary contact for daily tenant inquiries, service requests, and feedback, ensuring quick and professional resolution.

Operations and Maintenance: Coordinate with maintenance teams and contractors to schedule repairs, unit readiness, and routine property upkeep.

Billing and Collections: Monitor rent payments, send billing statements or delinquency notices, and coordinate with finance teams on collection status.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (FM or MM), Property Management, Real Estate Management, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in real estate, leasing, property management, or customer service/hospitality.
• Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal negotiation, and familiarity with property management software.

Pay: Php14,000.00 - Php17,000.00 per month
