Leasing/Assistant Manager

Now Hiring: Leasing / Assistant Manager (Bilingual English/Spanish)

Queenston Manor Apartments is looking for an experienced, results-driven Leasing/Assistant Manager to support our Property Manager and keep our community running smoothly. If you're a strong collector who knows the eviction process inside and out, we want to hear from you!

What you'll do:

Collect rent and manage delinquencies with consistent, professional follow-up

Prepare and file evictions and represent the property at court hearings

Set up and monitor payment plans while keeping accurate ledgers and records

Assist with leasing, including tours, applications, move-ins, and renewals

Support the Property Manager with reports, resident relations, and daily operations

Step in to lead the office when the Property Manager is away

What we're looking for:

Prior assistant manager or leasing experience in property management

Proven track record in rent collections and reducing delinquency

Experience filing evictions and appearing in justice court

Firm but fair approach with excellent customer service skills

Strong organization and attention to detail

Entrata experience a plus; bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Comfortable working weekends as needed

What we offer:

$19 to $21/hour plus monthly bonuses and commissions
