What they need
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY
- Review, verify, and record all types of employee leave (annual, sick, personal, maternity/paternity, etc.) in the HR system accurately and on time
- Track and update each employee's remaining leave balance in accordance with company policy and labor law
- Validate leave requests against entitlement rules and flag discrepancies before approval
- Coordinate with supervisors/line managers to confirm and finalize leave approvals
- Follow up on pending or overdue leave applications
EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree in laws, Political Sciences, Public/Business Administration or related fields.
EXPERIENCE
- 2-3 years of experience in HR administration, HR operations
- Working knowledge of SAP (HR module) and/or emp.online is a strong advantage
- Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, basic formulas)
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle confidential information responsibly
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under deadlines with accuracy
- Experience with SAP, HRIS/digital HR tools
- Basic understanding of Thai labor law related to leave entitlements
