  • This role serves as a key resource for employees, managers, People Business Partners, Payroll, Benefits, and external vendors by providing guidance on leave processes, eligibility requirements, documentation, pay implications, accommodations, and return-to-work planning
  • As a member of the Global Benefits team, this position partners closely with third-party administrators, insurance carriers, accommodation vendors, payroll teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate, compliant, and employee-focused administration of leave and accommodation programs

  • Being on camera fosters authentic connection, improves communication, and allows for full engagement from both candidates and interviewers
  • We understand that technical, bandwidth, or location-related challenges may occasionally prevent video use. If this applies, candidates are required to notify us in advance so we can explore appropriate accommodations
  • Background checks are required for this position
