Who Can Apply?

• Ph.D. in the relevant discipline (Preferred)
• NET/SET qualification (preferred as per academic norms)
• Master’s Degree in Business Administration in the relevant field from a recognised institution
• Bachelor’s Degree from a recognised institution
• Consistently strong academic record with a commitment to excellence

Experience:

• Candidates with 0–5 years of teaching, research, or industry experience
• Fresh graduates with a strong inclination towards teaching and academic development are encouraged to apply
• Professionals with relevant corporate or industry experience seeking a transition into academia are also welcome.

Your Role:

• Deliver high-quality teaching using innovative and student-centric methods
• Develop course materials, lesson plans, and instructional content
• Mentor, guide, and support students in academic and career development
• Engage in research activities, publications, and academic projects
• Participate in curriculum development and continuous improvement initiatives
• Contribute to institutional activities, committees, and academic administration
• Foster industry interaction and practical learning experiences

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
