Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Lecturer to teach Commerce students and support academic development through effective teaching, student mentoring, and academic activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Commerce subjects such as Accounting, Finance, Taxation, Business Law, and related areas
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, assignments, and assessments
- Mentor students and support their academic development
- Conduct practical, case-based, and activity-oriented learning sessions
- Participate in curriculum development and academic activities
- Support seminars, workshops, student projects, and institutional initiatives
Eligibility Criteria
- Master’s Degree in Commerce (M.Com) or relevant discipline
- Teaching experience in a college/institution preferred
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Commerce, Accounting, and related subjects
- Good teaching, communication, and student mentoring skills
- Strong presentation, documentation, and academic skills
- Research publications / academic research experience
- Practical or industry exposure in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation
Salary: As per qualification, experience & institutional norms
