Role & Responsibilities Mechanical & Electrical Trainer
- Deliver practical and theory-based training in Mechanical and Electrical concepts as per the approved curriculum.
- Conduct hands-on sessions on tools, equipment, machines, electrical systems, safety practices, and troubleshooting.
- Prepare lesson plans, training material, demonstrations, assignments, and practical exercises for trainees.
- Assess trainee performance through practical tests, assignments, attendance, and regular skill evaluations.
- Ensure workshop/lab safety, proper equipment handling, maintenance of training records, and support trainees in achieving industry-ready skills.
