该职位来源于猎聘 THE MISSION 岗位使命 The Product Certification Manager has a key role in the Illumus new product development process. He/she is responsible of compliancy review and certification of all products developed by our Shanghai Innovation Center. Working closely with third part laboratories, the Product Certification Manager is aware in real time of the latest safety and performance standards for North America region, including UL/ETL, FCC, Energy Star, DLC, NSF and immediately train the whole Product Development Department on any update.

认证经理在Illumus的新产品开发中是非常重要的角色。他/她负责我们上海创新中心开发的所有产品的合规性审查和认证。认证经理与第三方实验室密切合作，实时了解北美地区最新的安全和性能标准，包括 UL/ETL、FCC、Energy Star、DLC、NSF，并立即对整个产品开发部门进行最新标准培训。 RESPONSIBILITIES 职责 Standards & Regulation Intelligence and training 标准法规的信息以及培训 Keep high level of knowledge about latest North America standard updates (UL, Energy Star, FCC, DLC, …) 对最新的北美标准更新保持高水平的知识(UL, Energy Star, FCC, DLC，…) Organize trainings to Marketing and R&D team about regulation updates 组织市场和研发团队进行法规更新培训 Each month, provide Standards training to newcomers in Shanghai team 每月为上海团队新员工提供标准培训 Prepare quarterly Newsletter to inform the whole group about regulation changes 编制季度通讯，通知整个集团有关规则的变化 Conformity Assessment 合格评定 Assess regulations conformity risk on new projects during development phase gates reviews 评估新项目在开发阶段的符合法规风险 Guide Product Development team on required product modifications or updates to reach standards requirements

维护所有开放产品开发项目的认证计划 Validate all test reports from third part lab and provide them to all involved departments 验证第三方实验室的所有测试报告，并提供给相关部门 Certification follow up and documentation management 认证跟进和文件管理 In close collaboration with Project Managers, follow up the sample preparation status and shipment to third part certification laboratories 与项目经理密切合作，跟进样品制备状态并运送至第三方认证实验室 In close collaboration with Project Managers, collect all required documents from vendors prior to certification 与项目经理密切合作，在认证之前从供应商处收集所有必需的文件 Update third part certification laboratories testing schedule, and push for testing completion, if necessary, on urgent projects 更新第三方认证实验室测试时间表，并在必要时推动紧急项目的测试完成 Collect all testing reports and maintain tracking files for communication to Project Managers

收集所有测试报告并维护跟踪文件以与项目沟通 Maintain all testing reports accessible on the company server 维护公司服务器上可访问的所有测试报告 Follow up payment status of all certification projects 跟踪所有认证项目的付款状态 Follow up the weekly update about certification status for new products 跟进新产品认证状态的每周更新 Follow up the Energy Star and DLC Surveillance Testing and communication process 跟进能源之星和 DLC 市场抽测和沟通流程 Support to US engineering team on certification files maintenance In close collaboration with US factory engineering team, work on maintaining project certification files preparations (including UL/ETL files, DLC files, FCC files, etc.) and share to US team. 与美国研发团队密切合作，维护项目认证文件准备工作（包括UL/ETL文件、DLC文件、FCC文件等）并分享给美国团队。 In close collaboration with US factory engineering team, work on maintaining certification files updated when new accessories are added to existing products. 与美国研发工程团队密切合作，确保所有新配件添加到现有产品时，及时更新相关认证文件。 REQUIREMENTS 要求 Bachelor degree or above Major in Electronic or Engineering in lighting a plus 本科或更高学位，照明电子或工程师更佳。 At least 1-2 years of solid working experience of Certification and Standards in the LED industry. 1-2年LED相关行业的工作经验。 Proficient in literal English and Chinese 精通英语书写,精通普通话 Honest, Pro-active, Team-worker, problem-solving-oriented, strong sense of responsibility. 为人诚实，积极主动，有团队合作精神，善于解决问题，责任心强。 Good risk assessment ability
