Candidates with a strong background in precision electronics repair—such as smartphone, tablet, or logic board remanufacturing—possess the foundational skill set required for this position. The successful candidate will utilize specialized rework equipment to replace micro-scale components, ensuring all inventory meets strict quality control standards for live entertainment deployment.
Duties

- Microscopic Rework: Operate digital and optical microscopes alongside professional hot-air rework stations to execute repairs on miniature components.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous post-repair testing to verify pixel alignment, color calibration, and structural integrity prior to inventory reintegration.
- Inventory & Documentation: Maintain accurate logs of repairs, component consumption, and failure rates within the company’s asset management system.
Skills
