LEEA Certified Lifting Supervisor

we are looking for experienced and certified lifting supervisor with valid LEEA certification.

• Plan and supervise lifting operations in accordance with the approved lifting plan and risk assessment.
• Ensure lifting activities are carried out safely and in accordance with the approved method statement.
• Conduct pre-lift briefings/toolbox talks and ensure all personnel understand their roles and lifting arrangements.
• Verify that cranes, lifting equipment, accessories and attachments have valid inspection/TPC certificates before use.
• Ensure the crane operator, rigger and signalman/banksman are competent and appropriately certified.
• Inspect lifting accessories before use and remove damaged or defective equipment from service.
• Establish and maintain the lifting exclusion zone and ensure unauthorized personnel remain clear of the lifting area.
• Stop the lifting operation immediately if unsafe conditions, equipment defects or changes to the approved lifting arrangement are identified.
• Monitor weather conditions, particularly wind speed, and suspend lifting when conditions exceed safe operating limits.
• Ensure lifting operations are properly coordinated with other site activities to prevent man–machine and lifting interface risks

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
