LEED Coordinator

Position: LEED Coordinator

Location: Muntinlupa City – Project Site

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary Responsible for coordinating and monitoring the project’s LEED and sustainability requirements and ensuring that necessary documents and records are complete and updated.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Monitor compliance with LEED requirements on the project site.
• Coordinate with project staff,contractors, and suppliers regarding LEED requirements.
• Collect and organize LEED-related documents and supporting records.
• Monitor documentation for materials, waste management, energy, and water efficiency.
• Assist in site inspections related to environmental and sustainability requirements.
• Prepare and maintain LEED reports and records.
• Follow up on missing documents and required corrective actions.
• Perform other related duties asassigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Environmental Science, or related field.
• Proven field experience in construction or related project operations.
• Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.
• Knowledge of LEED requirements and sustainable construction practices is an advantage.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willing to work on-site in Muntinlupa City.
