LEGAL ADMIN MANAGER

About the role

This role involves managing and overseeing auction-related documentation, reviewing and verifying legal documentation, and liaising with corporate clients including banks, lawyers, and relevant authorities. You will provide legal oversight to ensure compliance with applicable laws, court requirements, and internal service standards, identify and prevent legal and operational risks, and lead and supervise a legal documents drafting team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee auction related documentation
• Review and verify legal documentation
• Liaise and coordinate with corporate clients, ie. banks, lawyers, and relevant authorities
• Provide legal oversight to ensure compliance with applicable laws, court requirements, and internal service standards
• Identify and prevent legal and operational risks
• Lead and supervise legal documents drafting team

About you

• LLB degree holder and called to the Malaysian Bar
• Minimum 3 years PQE, with experience in conveyancing (property development and financing)
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English both written and oral with good drafting skills
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision, yet an avid learner
• Analytical and possess good writing and communications skills
• Proficient with MS Office (especially Word and Power point)
• Highly motivated, responsible and a team player, and willing to embrace new challenges and innovation
