Legal Advisor

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and guidance across a broad range of business matters, including corporate, commercial, investment, and regulatory compliance issues.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate legal risks associated with the company’s operations, business activities, and strategic initiatives.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to ensure legal compliance and protect the company’s interests.
• Support business teams on commercial transactions, partnerships, and new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with external legal counsel, government authorities, and relevant stakeholders when required.
• Monitor changes in laws and regulations and provide practical recommendations to ensure ongoing compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Law.
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in legal advisory, corporate law, commercial law, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of corporate, commercial, and regulatory laws.
• Excellent contract drafting, review, and negotiation skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk assessment capabilities.
• Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Experience in the automotive, technology, fintech, or startup industry will be an advantage.
