Job Summary
We are looking for a Legal Advisor to provide legal guidance and support across business operations, contracts, compliance, and corporate matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice on business and operational matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Ensure compliance with applicable UAE laws and regulations.
- Identify legal risks and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Handle legal correspondence and coordinate with external lawyers when required.
- Support management on corporate, commercial, employment, and regulatory matters.
- Maintain proper records of contracts and legal documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in law relevant legal qualification preferred.
- 2+ years of relevant legal experience, preferably in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of UAE commercial and corporate laws.
- Excellent contract drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- UAE Driving License Mandatory
