Legal Analyst / Contract Analyst - Fully Remote (UK Based) - Up to £30,000 + Benefits

I am looking to hire multiple Legal Analysts to join a growing legal operations and contract management team supporting a range of corporate and financial services clients across the UK.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 6-24 months' experience reviewing contracts, legal agreements or commercial documentation who is looking to build a long-term career within legal operations, contract management and legal technology.

The Opportunity

You'll be joining a fast-paced team responsible for reviewing and managing a high volume of commercial agreements using established playbooks, processes and legal technology tools.

The role offers exposure to a variety of industries and agreement types, making it an ideal move for someone looking to broaden their legal experience outside of traditional legal practice.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing commercial contracts and legal agreements.
• Assessing contractual terms against established guidance and playbooks.
• Identifying risks, issues and deviations for escalation.
• Supporting high-volume contract review projects.
• Working closely with legal, operational and commercial stakeholders.
• Using legal technology and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and consistency.
• Supporting wider contract management and legal operations activities.

About You

I am particularly interested in candidates with 6-24 months' relevant experience gained within:

• Legal Operations
• Contract Management
• Commercial Law Firms
• In-House Legal Teams
• Alternative Legal Service Providers (ALSPs)
• Legal Process Outsourcing (LPO) environments
• Financial Services Legal Teams

Experience reviewing any of the following would be advantageous:

• NDAs
• MSAs
• Statements of Work
• Supplier Agreements
• Commercial Contracts
• Financial Agreements
• Corporate Documentation
