What they need
Job Overview
We are looking for a legal assistant that can do the following
o Answer phone calls and schedule appointments and consultations with clients
o Help new clients with intakes and questionnaires
o Bill clients and ensure that clients are providing the documents necessary for attorneys and paralegal to work on cases
o Remind clients of hearing dates and appointments
o Monitors Calendar, adds deadlines, hearings and appointments
o Helps paralegal or attorneys with simple documents when necessary
o Is fluent in English and Spanish
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
Work Location: In person
