What they need
We are looking for a Legal Assistant/Receptionist to join our busy and friendly office in Greenlane, Auckland. We are a well-established legal firm dedicated to providing comprehensive legal services with a focus on property transactions and general practice law.
Our work mainly covers residential and commercial property conveyancing. The job would include reception duties, opening and closing files and general administration duties. The role will support existing senior legal executives and lawyers.
The position may suit a legal assistant with some experience and who wishes to advance his or her career. Alternatively, it may suit someone with no experience and who has the right attitude. The applicant will need to use their initiative, think outside the square, not be afraid of hard work and work well as part of a team.
