Legal Assistant

• Male/Female candidates preferred.
• Educational Qualification is LLB.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Legal Assistant / Legal Executive / in a company.
• Assist the Managing Partner in day-to-day legal matters, documentation, and case preparation.
• Draft, review, and organize legal documents, contracts, and correspondence.
• Coordinate and liaise with clients, government departments, regulators, and external legal bodies.
• Maintain case files, legal records, and ensure compliance with deadlines.
• Conduct basic legal research and provide summarized findings to the Managing Partner.
• Schedule meetings, hearings, and manage follow-ups on assigned legal tasks.
• Support in preparing presentations, briefs, and reports for the Managing Partner.
• Ensure confidentiality and maintain professional conduct in all legal dealings.
• Strong knowledge of legal terminology, documentation, and procedures.
• Excellent communication and liaisoning skills with external and internal stakeholders.
• Proficiency in MS Office and legal research tools.
