Legal Associate

Job Responsibilities:

Handle legal due diligence for land and property purchases.

Verify title deeds, ECs, revenue records, conversion documents, etc.

Identify legal risks in property transactions.

Draft and review sale deeds, lease deeds, MoUs, agreements, and contracts.

Handle property registration and sub-registrar work.

Coordinate with advocates, government offices, and internal teams.

Support land acquisition and real estate projects.

Maintain legal and property documents and records.

Ensure compliance with property and real estate laws.

Assist in property disputes and litigation matters.

Prepare legal reports and due diligence reports.

Requirements:

LL.B. degree.

35 years of experience in real estate/legal work.

Good knowledge of land acquisition and property documentation.

Experience in title verification and due diligence.

Good drafting and communication skills.

Knowledge of registration procedures and land records.

MS Office skills.

Preferred candidate profile : Candidates with experience in large-scale land acquisition and real estate projects will be given preference.
