Roles & Responsibilities

• Review, draft, document, and track various contracts, including NDAs, Service Agreements, Lease Agreements, and Employment Agreements.
• Maintain contract repositories and monitor agreement renewals, amendments, and key obligations.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for contract execution and legal documentation requirements.
• Assist in managing and tracking legal proceedings, notices, and related case documentation.
• Liaise with external legal counsel, regulatory authorities, and other relevant parties as required.

Key Skills: Reviewing, documenting and tracking various Customer, Supplier and Employee contracts such as Non-Disclosure Agreement, Service Agreement, Lease Agreement, Employment Agreement, etc. Documenting and coordinating all types of legal proceedings.

Note: The interview process consists of two rounds. The first round will be conducted virtually, and the second round will be a mandatory face-to-face interview. Candidates applying from outside Bengaluru should apply only if they are willing and able to attend the in-person interview.
