Legal Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and vet agreements related to sale deeds, lease deeds, construction contracts, vendor agreements, MOUs, and legal notices.
• Handle property due diligence, title verification, land documentation, and registration processes.
• Coordinate with government authorities, lawyers, and consultants for approvals, compliances, and legal matters.
• Ensure compliance with RERA, municipal laws, company laws, and other applicable regulations.
• Assist in litigation management, dispute resolution, and case follow-ups with advocates.
• Maintain legal records, agreements, and documentation for projects and land transactions.
• Support management in handling customer agreements, loan documentation, and recovery matters.
• Provide legal advice related to construction, land acquisition, and project execution.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of real estate, property, and construction laws.
• Good drafting and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with RERA, land registration, and statutory compliances.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and legal documentation.

Qualification:

• LLB / LLM from a recognized university.
• Experience in real estate or construction sector preferred.
