What they need
We are looking for an experienced Contracts Legal Professional with expertise in IT/ITES, Technology and/or Telecom contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review and negotiate enterprise-level commercial and technology contracts.
- Handle MSAs, SOWs, SLAs, licensing agreements, software/technology agreements, vendor agreements, NDAs and amendments.
- Support contract negotiations with clients, vendors and business partners.
- Identify and mitigate legal and commercial risks.
- Work closely with Sales, Procurement, Finance, Technology and Compliance teams.
- Handle contractual disputes, claims, defaults and termination matters.
- Maintain contract records, templates and approval processes.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in commercial/enterprise contracts.
- Experience in IT/ITES, Technology and/or Telecom sectors.
- Strong contract drafting, negotiation and risk assessment skills.
