We are seeking a skilled and detailed-oriented Legal Associate to join our dynamic legal team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to thrive and grow their career in a fast-paced and challenging environment.

We are looking for Legal Associate for our HQ (SetiaWalk-Puchong), Kota Bahru and Johore Bahru offices.

Key responsibilities

• Managing litigation files and attending court proceedings
• Review legal documents and provide legal opinions
• Clients, external legal counsel and court liaison
• Handle TPBI / TPPD insurance claims, regulatory compliance and disputes
• Willing to travel outstation for work

About you

• Minimum 3 years of experience of legal practice/exposure to insurance industry
• Strong understanding and exposure handling insurance claims
• Analytical thinking with ability to solve complex legal issues
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
• Able to work with minimal supervision, sense of responsibility, work as a team player in a fast-paced environment and professional demeanour
• Good command of verbal and written English and Bahasa
