Educational Qualification

• UG – LLB/ BA.LLB
• PG –Post Graduation Not Mandatory, LLM (Preferred)

Associate – 0-2 Years
Experience and Knowledge

• Knowledge on Contracts Lifecycle Management, Red Lining and Negotiation. Drafting contracts based on pre-agreed precedents and guidelines.
• Understanding of key contractual clauses and their impact/obligations on various stakeholders.
• Uploading and maintaining of contracts in client databases and summarization of key terms used.
• Expertise in measuring and regulating contractual (legal and regulatory) compliance across industry and contract types.
• Coordinating with team to identify requirement and delivery of work product.
• Maintaining database for legal team.
• Working on training modules and providing training to team members.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
