Legal Audit Manager

• Review, proofread and approve all legal documents before issuance Control the retrieval of documents.
• Regularly update & amending legal documents;
• Carry out Quality & compliance checks on documents;
• Document management (both electronic and / or hardcopies of source documents);
• Perform legal risks audit exercise periodically
• Maintenance of a list (register) of applicable legal documents after review;
• Submit Progress reporting on the documents status of regional offices within your jurisdiction;
• Provide legal expertise and support to the company preparation of legal documents that will be beneficial to the company;
• Assist in the training of legal interns and other legal staff when necessary
• Provide one-on-one legal information/advice on a range of property and workplace related issues;
• Hold periodic meeting with the RBM team in your area of jurisdiction on process review and compliance levels;
• Liaise with the Legal & Litigation Services directorate on cases of strategic importance and legal compliance;
• Support Management by providing legal advice, and new ideas for improvement on existing policies;
• Work with the RBM and WLM team to develop, co-ordinate and implement all Legal functions within each department and across all regional offices;
• Communicate changes in company policies and procedures and ensure proper compliance is followed; and
• Any other duty that may be assigned from time to time
