You will monitor case progress, provide updates, address client questions, gather necessary information and documentation, and coordinate with internal legal and operations teams.

This is a high-volume, client-facing position that requires approximately 30–40 client calls per day. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing a large caseload, communicating with clients throughout the day, staying organized, and proactively identifying what needs to be done to keep cases moving.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to client questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy
  • Collect, review, and follow up on required documents and information
  • Maintain accurate and detailed case notes in CRM and case management systems
  • Coordinate with attorneys, paralegals, and other internal teams to move cases forward
  • Ensure case tasks, deadlines, and required documentation are completed on time
  • Identify potential delays or issues and escalate them appropriately
  • Build strong client relationships through proactive and consistent communication
  • Maintain a high level of organization and accuracy while managing a large caseload
  • Deliver an exceptional client experience throughout the lifecycle of each case

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in case management, legal services, law firms, customer service, or another client-facing role preferred
  • Legal education or experience in a legal environment is a plus but not required
  • U.S. Lemon Law, consumer protection, or litigation experience is a plus but not required
  • Strong English verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent client service and relationship-management skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple cases, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously
  • Comfortable handling a high volume of client communications
  • Experience using CRM or case management software preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership of assigned cases, and remain productive in a remote environment
  • Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills

The ideal Client Support Specialist is:

  • Client-focused and empathetic – able to understand client concerns and provide reassurance and clear guidance

  • Accountable and reliable – takes ownership of assigned cases and follows through on commitments
  • An excellent communicator – comfortable speaking with clients and collaborating with internal teams
  • Detail-oriented – understands that accurate documentation and case notes are critical
  • Adaptable and willing to learn – able to learn U.S. Lemon Law processes and apply them consistently
