Key Responsibility:
- Legal Drafting of Various Deeds Such as ATS, Sale Deed, POA, Agreement, Lease Deed Etc.
- Scrutinize all Land Document and Company Various Deeds Such as ATS, Sale Deed, POA Agreement, Lease Deed Etc.
- Drafting of Various application to JDR office, Tahasildar Office, Collector office
- Checking the Gatsfeasibility before purchasing the same.
- To develop a better relationship with Villagers and know their concerns about our work if any, in company favor. concerned Government Authorities and Leaders regarding our company subject.
- Follow up with govt. departments.
- Develop good relationships with villagers.
- To help in all survey work on site.
- Solve site legal problems with villagers
