• 4 years as a lawyer working on regulatory enforcement and compliance matters for the financial sector
• 4+ years of experience using Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft PowerPoint; Westlaw; LexisNexis; Intelligize; Bloomberg Law; SEC EDGAR; PACER; Relativity; DISCO; TAR; iManage; Adobe Acrobat; and Litera Compare

What the job involves

• Serve as the regulatory and compliance legal expert in client engagements, interpreting and applying laws and regulations to provide personalized legal guidance and ensure clients derive maximum value from the platform
• Analyze legal and regulatory documents, prepare collateral to develop tailored legal solutions, and provide clients with actionable advice specific to their industry and organizational goals
• Provide sophisticated legal insights on regulatory and compliance matters, connecting regulatory and administrative requirements to the platform’s capabilities and the client’s unique legal obligations
• Leverage our internal tools to tailor our automated legal analysis of regulations to client-specific needs, ensuring accurate interpretation and application of legal standards
• Obtain, organize, and present feedback that shapes legal product enhancements and improves client compliance outcomes
• Prepare compelling presentations, demos, and legal collateral to communicate complex ideas and legal concepts in an accessible manner
• Identify and resolve potential client issues, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and successful outcomes
