Legal Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating various commercial agreements, including Service Agreements, NDAs, MOUs, Work Orders, Vendor Agreements, and other legal documents.
• Coordinating with internal departments, external legal counsel, clients, and vendors to facilitate timely execution of agreements.
• Maintaining contract records and tracking the status of legal documentation.
• Assisting with legal research and ensuring compliance with internal processes.
• Supporting the Legal Department in day-to-day legal and contractual matters.
