Key Responsibilities- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, MOUs, NDAs, and legal notices.- Ensure compliance with corporate, labor, and commercial laws.- Coordinate with external legal counsel on litigation and disputes.- Maintain legal documentation and statutory records.

• Advise internal stakeholders on contractual and compliance matters.

• Liaise with regulatory authorities as required.- Identify legal risks and recommend mitigation measures.

Qualifications- LL.B.
