Legal Intern

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Intern to join our legal team. This is a 3-month internship designed for recent LLB graduates who want hands-on experience in corporate legal work. You'll work closely with our in-house counsel, supporting drafting, documentation, and day-to-day legal operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, NDAs, and other legal documents
• Support the legal team in preparing, organizing, and maintaining legal documentation and records
• Conduct legal research on relevant statutes, regulations, and case law
• Help prepare summaries, memos, and reports for internal stakeholders
• Assist with due diligence and compliance-related tasks
• Coordinate with external counsel and other departments as needed
• Maintain and update legal databases and filing systems
• Perform other legal and administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications & Requirements

• LLB degree (completed or in final year) we are specifically looking for candidates who have finished their LLB
• Strong drafting and documentation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good research and analytical abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and legal research tools
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
