Job Title: Legal Intern Duration:

1 to 3 months (minimum commitment)

Eligibility Criteria:

• Law students in their third year or higher of a five-year undergraduate program, third year or higher of a three-year LLB program, or currently enrolled in a master's program in Business, Company, or Corporate Law.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting and reviewing MSAs, NDAs, and SOWs.
• Analyzing contract requirements and terms for compliance.
• Conducting research on regulatory updates.
• Supporting due diligence and compliance screening.
• Maintaining contract repository and trackers.
• Coordinating compliance data collection.

Skill Requirements:

• Minimum 65% or 7.5 SGPA in each semester.
• Strong legal acumen, research, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Networking and stakeholder interaction experience preferred.
• Prior contract drafting experience is an advantage.
