About the role
This is a legal support role where you will work under team supervision on foundational legal tasks including drafting and reviewing contracts, researching legal issues, and supporting contract management and regulatory monitoring.
Key responsibilities
- Draft and review basic contracts (NDAs, employment, service agreements) under supervision
- Research legal issues and summarise findings into short memos
- Help organise the contract repository and tracking log
- Monitor regulatory changes relevant to the business (PDPA, labour, corporate law)
- Support coordination with internal teams and external counsel
About you
- Currently studying or recently graduated in Law (3rd year or above)
- Able to read and summarise English documents comfortably
- Detail-oriented, able to spot issues, and comfortable asking questions
- Proficient with Word, Excel, and Google Workspace
- No prior experience required — we will train you
