Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage legal documentation, including contract drafting, review, and abstraction.
- Provide expert advice on corporate law, litigation matters, and real estate laws.
- Oversee land acquisition processes and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Handle document reviews and provide legal support for operational activities.
- Draft notices and agreements as required by the organization.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 4-9 years of experience in a similar role or related field (corporate law, contract drafting).
- LLB - Bachelor of Laws degree from a recognized institution.
- LLM - Master's degree in Law specializing in Corporate Law or Contract Drafting would be an added advantage.
