Work Location: Hosur, Tamilnadu.
Proficiency in Tamil Language(read, write, speak) is mandatory.
Experience of 15 years in Corporate Legal matters such as :
Exposure in handling intellectual property legal matters.(IPR)
Legal agreements (Contract/ General/Properties), etc.
Statutory compliances - Legal Metrology (Weights & Measure), Trademark-Copy Rights, GMP-HACCP-Environmental, etc.
Effective networking and strong relationship with various law Firms & Senior advocates.
Compliances connected with FMCG industry requirements and exposure in handling legal matters in the courts.
Litigation Assistance: Prepare documents for ongoing cases, maintain case files, and coordinate with advocates when needed.
Record Keeping: Maintain an organised repository of agreements, compliance trackers, and legal documents.
Internal Department Support: Collect required information from departments and support them in legal and compliance matters.
