The Role
We're looking for an experienced in-house legal manager to support the company's capital operation activities, including investment, M&A, and other transaction projects. You'll serve as the key legal partner to our Capital Markets team, ensuring every deal is legally sound, compliant, and efficiently executed while also managing our relationships with external law firms.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Review legal documents and provide expert advice on capital operation projects to ensure full regulatory compliance
- Act as the primary point of contact between Legal and the internal Capital Markets team, responding promptly to legal questions and requests tied to capital initiatives
- Own end-to-end legal work on investment, M&A, and other transaction projects from assessing legal risk in deal structures, to leading due diligence, to drafting, reviewing, and negotiating transaction documents
- Monitor changes in laws, regulations, and compliance requirements for listed companies, flagging risks early and offering practical, actionable recommendations
- Manage external law firm relationships overseeing project progress, quality of work, and legal spend
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or above in Law (full-time); 5–8 years of in-house legal experience, including at least 3 years working directly on investment/M&A transactions. Experience spanning both law firm and in-house roles is a strong plus
- Deep familiarity with the full M&A lifecycle includes but not limited to due diligence, deal structuring, documentation, and post-closing integration with a track record of leading or heavily contributing to complex deals
- Strong ability to translate legal complexity into clear, business-friendly language, and to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (IR, strategic investment, board secretary)
- Comfortable working under pressure across multiple priorities, with strong project management skills and hands-on experience coordinating external counsel
