Job Description

CleanCapital is seeking a detail-oriented Legal Operations Manager to support the company's legal team in New York, NY. This role will help improve legal processes, manage department operations, coordinate outside counsel and vendors, and support legal technology and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage legal department workflows, systems, and processes
• Coordinate contracts, legal records, and document management
• Assist with legal budgets, invoices, and reporting
• Manage relationships with outside counsel and legal vendors
• Support legal technology and process-improvement initiatives
• Coordinate cross-functional projects with internal teams
• Maintain confidential legal information and documentation
• Provide operational support to the General Counsel and legal team

Qualifications

• Experience in legal operations, legal administration, or a related field
• Strong organizational and project-management skills
• Excellent communication and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
• Familiarity with legal technology and document-management systems
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
