At MBNL , we play a vital role in keeping the UK connected through industry-leading mobile infrastructure. We're looking for an experienced Legal Operations Manager to help modernise and enhance the way our Legal team operates.

Reporting to the Head of Legal, you'll lead initiatives that simplify processes, standardise documentation, and leverage technology, automation, and AI to improve efficiency. This is an exciting opportunity to shape legal operations within a dynamic and collaborative business environment.

What you'll be doing:

• Driving process improvements across legal workflows and documentation
• Standardising legal templates and helping ensure consistency across the function
• Identifying opportunities to utilise automation, AI, and digital tools
• Improving contract approvals, compliance processes, training records, and legal governance activities
• Working closely with Legal, IT, Operational Excellence teams, and external advisers
• Leading a key project to review, simplify, and modernise legal processes and documentation

What we're looking for:

• Significant experience in legal operations within an in-house legal team or law firm
• Strong process improvement and project delivery expertise
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Understanding of legal technology, automation, AI, and digital transformation
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the confidence to challenge existing ways of working

Desirable:

• Experience within telecommunications, infrastructure, or complex corporate environments
• Exposure to legal technology, document management systems, or digital transformation programmes
• Experience operating within joint venture or multi-stakeholder organisations
