Job Title: Legal Partner

Sky Direct Travel is looking for a proactive and commercially minded Legal Partner to support our growing travel, MICE, exhibition and B2B operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day to day legal matters, agreements and contracts
• Draft and review vendor, client, employee and business agreements
• Advise management on legal risks and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with external advocates and legal consultants when required
• Support dispute resolution, notices and legal correspondence
• Ensure compliance with applicable business, employment and travel regulations
• Maintain proper documentation and legal records

Requirements:

• LLB/LLM or equivalent legal qualification
• 2+ years of relevant legal experience
• Strong contract drafting and legal research skills
• Good understanding of commercial and corporate matters
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and provide practical business-focused advice
• Experience in travel, hospitality, MICE or service businesses is an advantage
