Job Summary
Seeking a general litigation secretary with at least 2 years of experience in local law practices to provide legal and administrative support to lawyers.
Responsibilities
- Provide legal and administrative support (e-Litigation) to lawyers in litigation cases to ensure efficient case management
- Manage documentation and correspondence related to legal matters to maintain accurate records
- Coordinate with senior partners to receive mentorship and guidance for professional development
- Support banking finance and corporate legal work to assist lawyers in diverse legal areas
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive legal information
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in local law practices supporting lawyers in legal and administrative tasks
- Commitment to learning and seeking mentorship from senior partners for career growth
- Possesses initiative, keen on learning new skills and able to work hard but work smart
