What they need
Juris Doctor (JD) from a recognized Philippine law school.
Active Bar passer and valid member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP).
4–6 years post-bar legal experience, including at least 2 years of working experience in qualified Philippine OLP institutions; fintech/lending industry experience is mandatory.
Proven independent experience in direct liaison and business handling with SEC and AMLC.
Solid knowledge of RA 9474, AMLC regulations and SEC memorandum circulars.
Familiar with external law firm management and cross-institutional legal project cooperation.
Proficient in written and spoken English; Filipino language skill is a plus.
Strong risk awareness, independent judgment and cross- departmental coordination capabilities.
