Legal Supervisor

What you'll be doing

1. Providing comprehensive legal advice and support to various departments within the company
2. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements and legal instruments
3. Assisting with investment opportunities, tender responses, and the delivery of new and expanded services
4. Ensuring the company operates in accordance with legislative requirements, regulations, and internal policies
5. Leading, mentoring, and supporting a team of legal professionals
6. Continuously developing and maintaining legal resources, tools, and templates

What we're looking for

1. 5+ years of post-qualification experience, preferably gained within a large commercial law firm or an in-house legal team
2. Substantial experience across a wide range of commercial legal practice areas, including contract law, mergers and acquisitions, corporate structuring, and regulatory compliance
3. Proven ability to provide pragmatic, high-quality, and commercially-focused legal advice to stakeholders at all levels
4. Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work autonomously and in a team environment, as well as supervise and coach more junior legal professionals
5. Experienced handle legal matters in mining contractors company

Working hour :
Monday to Friday : 08.30 - 17.00
Saturday : 09.00 - 15.00
