Legal - Trademark Intern（知识产权-商标）

The purpose of this role is to assist the trademark counsel on region trademark related matters and administrative matters. 1. Support to Lucy on region trademark related matters

• Assist in conducting trademark search by using public database;
• Assist in monitoring and studying main CN competitors’ trademark portfolio;
• Assist in building CN partners' relevant TM filing procedures;
• Assist in facilitating IP awareness training;
• Assist in translation work on documents;
• Assist in collecting and organizing IP portfolio of SEOCL and JV partners (incl patents, trademarks, designs and domain names);
• Assist in communicating internal/external and cooperating on some specific projects;
• Assist in preparing TM documents, e.g. POA, authorization letter, agreement, CD letter...;
• Assist in collecting trademark use information and materials/documents, organizing and arranging the same. 2. Support to global trademark paralegal team on administrative matters
• Creation of LIT cases in the database based on a LIT MEMO and on a written process for CN litigations
• Creation of 3rd party TM in the database based on request and on a written process for CN possible oppositions
• Update and follow-up all litigation deadlines regarding CN matter
• Formalities linked to a CN litigations cases with the support of the french team
• Clean & updates datas based on specific requests and under the leadership of the IP manager
• Assist Lucy and the TM paralegal team in FR to consolidate renewal information
• Assist Lucy and the TM paralegal team in FR to consolidate indicator information for CN affiliates and other entities if necessary o Strong interest in Chinese and International IP law; o Basic knowledge of intellectual property, especially trademarks; o Detail-oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills; o Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build cooperative, productive relationships with internal and external partners. 职位薪资： 150-180/天 想要了解更多，可以访问公司官网：http://www.essilor.com
