LEGO Brick Associate

Role Overview

A Brick Associate is our standard store clerk role — the day-to-day, entry to mid-level position covering the sales floor and backroom. The Brick Associate is the front line for our customers and are key to the shopping experience our customers enjoy.

On any given shift, a Brick Associate will staff the register, help customers find and understand products, sort and process incoming parts and sets, keep the sales floor and backroom organized, and pitch in on special projects or events as needed. It's a generalist role: no single task defines the shift, and the person in it is expected to move between customer-facing and behind-the-scenes work as the store needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer service, checkout & product assistance
• Sorting bulk, premium bulk, and minifigure parts and pieces
• Set certification; set assembly or disassembly
• Inventory processing, pricing, count updating, merchandising, and product recovery
• Minifig case and backroom area ownership; backroom organization
• Various cleaning activities, trash removal, and organization in the backroom and sales floor
• Part-time with flexible scheduling, special projects as needed

NO LEGO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED! LEGO KNOWLEDGE AND POP CULTURE KNOWLEDGE is a PLUS!

Schedule & Requirements

Typically part-time with flexible scheduling

Availability to support special projects

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 25.0 per week
