LEICA SALES ASSOCIATE

Main responsibilities:

• Responsible for the daily store operations.
• Provides excellent customer service and maintain a pleasant shopping environment consistent with our brand image.
• Establish regular contacts with existing and potential customers, maintaining healthy customer relationship.
• Keep customers informed on new products or services, changes, etc.
• Manages customer enquiries, feedbacks and after service matters.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimal D3/S1.
• Minimum 3 years experiences in customer service, high-end retail environment or in similar capacity.
• Communication and customer handling skills.
• Passion in photography, art and culture scenes, photographic knowledge will be added advantages.
• Fluent in English, additional languages / dialects spoken is a plus.
• Good team player, pleasant personality, service oriented, positive attitudes to learning new skill sets. Basic computer skills and netiquette.
