We're seeking a Leisure Attendant to join our team at The Coylumbridge Hotel, a well-established resort offering a spa, dining, pools, and more. This family-friendly hotel is conveniently located near the A9 and close to towns like Aviemore.

Duties include:

• Providing excellent customer service to our members and hotel guests, sharing your knowledge of the club and being their first point of call for any queries.
• Using our inhouse software, signing new members, taking bookings for classes and handling payments.
• Maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of the leisure area, including the poolside, changing rooms, and gym.
• Conducting water quality testing to ensure health and safety standards are met.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a similar role and hold valid Pool Responder or Lifeguard training. However, we would also be happy to support the right candidate through the relevant training and qualifications required for the role. You will have a friendly and professional approach, excellent customer service skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
