Lending Assistant-Alpine

Incumbent provides front-end administrative, operational, and customer support to loan officers or commercial lenders. They streamline the loan cycle by gathering borrower documents, preparing loan files, checking compliance, and communicating with clients.  Assists in loan underwriting and data gathering as requested.  Assists in ensuring loan documents are accurate prior to loan closing.  Assists in ensuring loans are booked accurately. Scans documents into digital file.  Assists loan officer in managing loan portfolio and maintaining loan documentation. Assists customers with loan process. Assists Loan Administration in loan processing and loan examinations.

Job Knowledge
 1.   Demonstrated knowledge of all aspects of the commercial loan process.
2.    Knowledge of Demonstrated knowledge of banking and lending concepts, and practices.
3.    Demonstrated knowledge of all loan regulations and laws. 
4.    PC skills including word processing, spreadsheet and bank platform applications.
5.    Advanced interpersonal, oral and written communications skills with ability to make persuasive presentations.
