Lending Attorney

JURISolutions is seeking an experienced Lending Attorney for a remote, full-time, temporary opportunity with our financial services client.

The ideal candidate will have experience drafting and negotiating various types of lending documentation, including promissory notes, credit agreements, collateral agreements, and guaranties) as well as analyzing transaction structures and legal risks associated with counterparty types and collateral types, reviewing legal opinions, and advising on lending and contract law advice to executives and various functional.

The candidate must be licensed within at least one United States jurisdiction, and in compliance with all relevant requirements. The role is 100% remote, will begin in January 2027, and is anticipated to last 4 months.
