Lending Integration Analyst

As a Lending Integration Analyst, you will support the analysis, design, testing, and implementation of integrations across the lending lifecycle. You will connect lending platforms with core banking, credit decisioning, collateral, customer, payments, finance, and regulatory systems while helping ensure requirements traceability, data integrity, reconciliation, and operational readiness.

What You’ll Do and How You’ll Succeed

• Gather, analyse, validate, and document requirements across retail, SME, commercial, and corporate lending products and processes.
• Map the end-to-end lending lifecycle covering application, credit assessment, approval, documentation, disbursement, servicing, repricing, repayment, delinquency, restructuring, and closure.
• Define integration requirements between loan origination and servicing platforms and core banking, customer information, credit bureau, decisioning, collateral, payments, collections, general ledger, finance, and regulatory systems.
• Prepare interface specifications, source-to-target mappings, transformation and validation rules, accounting event requirements, and exception handling procedures.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis and support solution design across lending products, workflows, controls, and system configurations.
• Develop SIT, integration, regression, and UAT scenarios and support test execution, defect triage, and resolution tracking.
• Validate end-to-end transaction flows, loan schedules, interest and fee processing, disbursements, repayments, accounting entries, and reconciliation outputs.
• Collaborate with lending operations, credit, risk, finance, compliance, technology teams, vendors, and implementation partners.
• Maintain traceability across requirements, interfaces, decisions, risks, dependencies, and test coverage throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support migration validation, cutover planning, operational readiness, post-go-live stabilisation, and knowledge transfer.

We’d Love to Hear From You If...

• You have 8–10 years of experience in banking or financial services, including at least 3 years in lending operations, business analysis, system implementation, or integration.
• You have strong knowledge of loan origination, credit assessment, loan servicing, collateral administration, collections, and loan accounting.
• You have experience preparing requirements, process maps, functional specifications, interface documents, data mappings, reconciliation rules, and test scenarios.
• You have a Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• You have experience in core banking replacement, lending transformation, or multi-country banking programmes is preferred.
• You have experience working in Agile, waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments is preferred.

Technical Expertise

• You understand lending controls and relevant regulatory considerations, including KYC, AML, Basel, and IFRS 9.
• You have experience with FIS ACBS, Oracle FLEXCUBE Lending, Finastra Loan IQ, Temenos Transact, or an equivalent lending platform is preferred.
• You understand of REST APIs, middleware, message queues, batch interfaces, and event-driven integration is preferred.
